First:  This is another case where I have received responses, but not the original message... anybody else have this "phenomenon"?

Inge:  When you get Titanium that hot in the presence of water, you are certainly getting oxidation of the Titanium.   My first advice is to use straight glycol, with no water, this should assist..

A fluorocarbon is going to be more stable, but not do nearly as good a job of cooling as water, or glycol.

You enjoy pushing the envelope, or do you do it incidentally to your job?
