Paul,

I believe PCB123 is part of Sunstone Circuits.  My EE spouse has used
both PCB123 and Sunstone for simple 2 layer designs.  Of the two, he
preferred Sunstone but that may be because I designed the board sent to
Sunstone using 'real' design software and he did the PCB123 design using
their free software.

Sunstone was very responsive and easy to work with.
