For starters...

CONF COAT: 
-clearly defined MUST COAT / NO COAT / and DON'T CARE areas with tolerance 
compatible with process (it's good to have a DON'T CARE zone which is 
wider than your equipment's tolerance between any MUST COAT and NO COAT 
areas). 
-clear material callout

POTTING: Depending on mechanical config...
-vent holes in PCB
-accessible (location and diameter) hole for dispensing nozzle
-clear material callout
