Chuckling... I suppose the word lawyer or politician could substituted
for consultant and still be funny. 

And don't you hate it when a consultant comes in and confirms what you
already know and you have been trying to convince everyone else of the
same facts all along.  I could have saved them the consulting fee if
they had listened to me.  I'm not bitter, noooooooo.
