Hello everybody. I am looking for information on via plugging using LPI. I have heard the term "post plugging" and what I was told was that the plugging was done either on the top or the bottom first and then filled either from the top or the bottom. It has been my experience that this is how LPI is normally performed first the top then the bottom tack dried and then baked. Is any body familuar with this process? Is there a way to perform this to minimize issues for the fill?
