Dear All,

Please find attached the DRAFT Enforcement Ordinance kindly furnished by 
Rupert Foxall from Foresite Systems Ltd. (THANKS Rupert!!)  As you 
probably realized a few months ago (and I realized shortly after I sent 
it, but figured one mass email was enough), what I sent previously was not 
the DRAFT "Enforcement Ordinance," but the DRAFT "Regulation."  It will be 
a couple of weeks before I have time to compare each one and figure out 
what's what, but wanted to get it out to you in the hope there is some 
useful information there.  However, if you see something interesting, 
please let me know.

For those on the list serv, I realize that you won't be receiving the 
document.  Since I am unable to post it on our website and won't have time 
to email to each requester, I was wondering if I could get a volunteer to 
post it on a site for others to download?
