From my point of view, there are four caveats.
1. Be extremely careful in weighing the components so that the mix is as
stoichiometric as possible.
2. Make sure that mixing introduces no air bubbles
3. Make sure your assembly is defluxed and as clean as possible before
pouring in the mix
4. Make sure your mix displaces all air from under your components or
use a vacuum to evacuate it.
