Check out
Air Force's Airworthiness Advisory AA-05-01
It isn't very forceful in the wording, but is the closest thing I could
find so far to support my cause. If anyone knows of any documentation
forbidding lead free in military products, I would sure appreciate a
heads-up.
Thanks,
Dave

Subject: Military Exemption from Lead-Free?
I believe that I remember someone mentioning a military end-use
exemption from lead free requirements. Am I remembering correctly or is
this just wishful thinking? If it is true, can anyone point me in the
direction to get it in writing?
Thanks!
