We are cleaning Indium SMQ51AC paste (no clean rosin ROL0) paste and use
both Kyzen Aquanox A4520W (8-10%) and Zestron AC200+ (12-15%) in
in-line semi-aqueous cleaners. If you want I can discuss the pros and
cons of this cleaning process with you

Subject: [TN] Non-aqueous cleaning

Technetters,
My experience with cleaning is limited to:
CFCs
Methyl chloroform (shows my age)
IPA
and water-based washing of bare boards and stencils.

My questions to this audience are: any of you doing non-aqueous washing,
static, not in-line and what are you using? Fluorinated ethers (e.g
HFEs), Dow Corning siloxanes (what flammability, combustion controls are
needed?), something else? I am not interested in flammable
hydrocarbons, nPB, fully fluorinated hydrocarbons (PFCs) or HCFCs.

Pleaser REPLY ALL, so I get it on my Blackberry, as I have TechNet
filtered and it does not appear on my Blackberry and I about to leave on
travel.
Bev
