That makes sense. The upper peninsula of Michigan is really more like
Southern Ontario.

Actually, based political leanings, Washington, Oregon, and California
might
be thought of as Baja Canada.

Denny,
As long as the US military does not want to know about "wet" Vancouver and
"dry" Alberta Badlands. Contrary to what Dave Hillman says, we are still
not the fifty-first state.

Hi Leo,
I have some data about hydrolysis for a glassfiber reinforced PWB type
that
is similar to FR-4. Two diagrams on tensile modulus and tensile strength
vs. immersion in stem and water vs time up to 1,000 hs. Can send offline
if
you are interested.

I have the same interest - physical properties of laminate with changes in
humidity. My interest is in vibration performance of military boards, and
we have determined that laminate stiffness definitely plays a role.
However, we
would also like to know if "wet - Somalia" versus "dry - Saudi Arabia"
locations also affects vibration performance. Thanks in advanced.
