Denny,
As long as the US military does not want to know about "wet" Vancouver
and "dry" Alberta Badlands. Contrary to what Dave Hillman says, we are
still not the fifty-first state.

Hi Leo,
I have some data about hydrolysis for a glassfiber reinforced PWB type
that is similar to FR-4. Two diagrams on tensile modulus and tensile
strength vs. immersion in stem and water vs time up to 1,000 hs. Can
send offline if you are interested.

I have the same interest - physical properties of laminate with changes
in
humidity. My interest is in vibration performance of military boards,
and we
have determined that laminate stiffness definitely plays a role.
However, we
would also like to know if "wet - Somalia" versus "dry - Saudi Arabia"
locations also affects vibration performance. Thanks in advanced.
