and inductors or there another specification to find these components?

Those are labeled per JIS-C-5201 (a japanese standard). To get the
actual standard you would have to buy it, BUT since you are our "Pearl
of the TechNet", I have a link just for you:

Yeah, I know, it's not the real standard, but it does have the codes for
