Seen anything like this? Flex from tropical environment. Tin (bright)
migrates on top of acrylic coating one way, Lead (dark) migrates under
the coating the other way. We re-arranged the voltage between the PTH's
and the solder pads, and there has not been a problem after that.
Corrosion (migration) has many a face.
