What typical semiconductors do you investigate with EMMI? Do you remove
molding? Si, GaAs, MOSFET? What do you do with metallisation that covers
junctions? What is the Hamamatsu resolution?

Hi all,

Just wonder if any TN members use a Emission Microscope in the daily
analysis work? I have an old Hypervision, that I've modified and
simplified. Still working despite its age. Photon detector takes near IR
wavelengts. Excellent tool for determination of semiconductor defects.
