Living here in Apple Valley, a suburb of Minneapolis, I or my wife or
either of my two older boys drive over that bridge at least 3 times a
week. In order to drive around the Mpls/St. Paul area, you are crossing
bridges more often than not due to the many rivers and lakes in the
area. The Megamall is a bridge designer's wet dream, there are so many
overpasses, arches, and bridges, it is very confusing.
Therefore it is very unsettling when something like this happens. Maybe
that is not the right word to use.
But on that bridge was a bus with 60 children inside. Only one or two
were hurt, the rest were simply terrified.
I thank God that it was not worse than it was.
