There are limits outlined in IPC-A-610D and methods for repair of
measling, pwb damage, and delaminated pwbs within IPC-7711/7721, in the
7721 portion of the document.

Subject: [TN] Delamination - can it be repaired?

Hi

We have had a problem with an assembly that sat in wip for to long due
to a shortage, when it hit wave it blistered. IPC standards tell me it
is a defect, but can you actually fix this defect or will it be a write
off. The unit is still functional.

Thanks
Bob Perkins
