It really puzzles me why any e-mail from Brian has no text in it -- it is
just blank, see bleow. Luckily most of you leave the original to which you
are reacting attached and that is how I learned about Brian's award.

Well deserved, and congratulations Brian. Nice to see some contributors
receive recognition!
