More than likely one of the following:
* Lack of cure (place one in the oven again @ max temp & time, see what
happens)
* Off ratio (you're kind of out of luck)
* Wrong Chemistry (parts A & part B just aren't what they're supposed to
be for what ever reason)
Depends how bad it is and what your customer specification is. Best way
to tell is to do a hardness test and compare to what it should be per
the Technical Data sheet.
If it were moisture you'd more then likely see a foamy texture (at least
with a polyurethane).
