Hi all,
A question came up here yesterday regarding what has precedence in regard to quality issues. Some say IPC 610 would over company criteria and some visa versa. The question came up noting that it is a standard and cannot be changed. Others said it is that companies can vary from the standard if they choose. Help.. who is right here??
