Unless other factors prohibit,
I would just drill an unplated hole
in the "corner" (which happens
before routing), and let the vendor
use their typical .06 radius.

Absolutely no cost adder, free.

p.s. some vendors are using smaller
router bits now, because they don't
want to spend their energy grinding
out large amounts of fiberglass for
no reason.
