Thank You so much for the quick responses.  I was trying to find out
minimum requirements for Manufacturing, not taking anything else into
account, because I know there are other restrictions based on application
and environment.  I guess the best answer is to get advice from the board
assembly house/fabricator.  The problem is this manufacturer has spec'd out
ridiculous spacing requirements that I know can be condensed.  They may
have to update the equipment they're using.
Again, I appreciate the input.
