Be sure that your air compressor and line are dry. They tend to fill-up
quicker in humid times and may require more preventive maintenance. 

Sometimes a solvent switch to a different system helps;

Technetters,

We spray some of our conformally coated boards by hand and air dry them.
The area used for this is not air conditioned and during humid times we
sometimes see boards with a hazy appearance. Any thoughts on how we can
correct this, other than air conditioning the spray booth?
