Hello,

Hope this helps.

1. We have determined dull joints are due to excessive washing.  The 
joints were always shiny after process and turned dull if parts were left 
in water for too long.  We eliminated residues and heat drying as 
causes and were able to duplicate the dull appearance by exposing to 
water for longer periods.
