There are a few suppliers of profiling tools like this, but my feeling these are
more to do with regular QA/QC of the oven once the profile is set-up for a PCB
(ie that the original oven recipe is still working OK as intended) rather than
matching the oven to the differing thermal demands of different PCB designs. I
don't see how you can get away without checking a real PCB assembly
example of the design in a real life trip through the oven
