Hi Technters,

Is anybody which can give an advice regarding a good epoxy resin for
repair- rework assemblies (lifted pads, lands, traces, etc)? What I
tried until now, CTC and Bondmaster,  it suffers a lot of softening at
lead free temperatures despite all manufactures recommendations for
curing?
