Ernesto,
Dickson and Omega both have simple paper data Logers as well as devices
that log temperature and humidity data that down load to your PC. The
software makes charts for you or you can dump to Excel and make your
own.
I have several of the paper chart type and they work well. They even
have alarms for high or low warning conditions.

I would like to ask the opinion/recommendation of the experts regarding
monitoring the temperature and humidity of SMT production area.
Is there any kind of a data logger machine that gives such readings?
Does anyone has this kind of set-up in SMT area?
I am considering of just getting a thermo-hygro combo measuring device.
