Dave,

        thanks for the reply. What detrimental effects should I be

worrying about if/when Nickel levels go above the stated maximum of

0.01% and at what point is this considered bad enough to dump the soldr

bath contents and start afresh? The machine suppliers tell me that even

treated stainless parts (chrome carbide?) still allow the nickel to

dissolve into the pot contents.
