And, it doesn't consider how many jobs have been lost by companies that
are no longer around to fill out the survey, that folded when they saw
that the conversion to lead-free would consume their already slim
margins.  (Unfortunately, no personal knowledge - just notice that a lot
of PCB and assembly houses don't seem to be around anymore.  Was
lead-free a factor in their demise?)
