It's analogous to the stress at work lately being driven by some Brave
New World/ 1984 Manifest Destiny. I dream one night of living in a
Wigwam with one group of Native Americans and the next night living
across the River of Despair in a Teepee with another group. The Doctor
says that I am currently two tents.
The via is tented first with a dry film cap and then again with a LPI
SMOBC. Material and process is qualified. Any cracks or opens of the
tent is a non-conformance.
The via is filled and then plated-over with copper and then covered with
a LPI SMOBC or HASL if via in pad is used.
Two tents. Like I said.

Hi Dewey,
Smart strategy. What exactly is a "via protection strategy"?
