大家好，

我想请教一个关于IPC4101B里lead－free基材的问题，IPC4101B中关于lead－free基

材一共有六个产品性能表，Tg有110、150和170三种，每一种Tg又分有无机填料和不含

无机填料两种，但同一Tg含或不含无机填料的产品性能要求却是一样的，我想这个是

不是有些不太合理呢？如果性能要求一致，就没有必要分成两个产品性能表了，不知

道大家对这个是怎么理解的呢？这样制定要求是否有什么特别的用意？
