Thanks, Michael.  The proliferation of different names for the China
RoHS regulation (if regulation is the right word) is what threw me off.

Doug,

It's called "Administration on Control of Pollution by Electronic
Information Products" (at least that is the translation the Chinese
government used when it communicated with the WTO TBT committee and
us...there are other similar translations of the name).
