Hi Gregory,

We are using a .010 finished hole size, with a .020 pad. The shops don't seem to have a problem and this works great for moving traces out. Only thing is when we try to run two traces between the pads internally we have to drop the trace width down to .0375 with .004 spacing.

Hope this helps

Subject: [DC] Via Specification

Karl - I know you are lurking.

I need to specify a via for a 1mm BGA. We use to do these a lot at
Tellabs.

My gray matter deceives me.

Anyone please let me know what you are using for .063, .093 thick PCBs.

Thank for all replies.
