Hi John,
There is IPC-1710, OEM Standard for Printed Board Manufacturer’s
Qualification Profile", however, it lacks lots of the technical and procedural details.
I wrote a White Paper on specifying PCBs, particularly in light of the higher
l;ead-free soldering temperatures; this white Paper includes comprehensive
sections on qualifying PCB shops, including a questionnaire, and activities to
assure continued quality.
