Dr. Liu Sang,
when I need dummy parts I usually ask either the device manufacturer for
failed units or ask them where the assembly is done and contact the
contract assembly factory directly. The manufacturer is the best
choice. If you can get bad or semi-functional units, then they are
closer to what will be on the line during real assembly. The blank
units do not have the silicon inside and their heat exchange will be a
little different so the profiles are not exactly correct which will lead
to the oven profiles being tweaked later during process.
