IPC's REACH Webcast Series

Wednesday, April 11, 2007

REACH and the Electronics Industry

10:00 am - 11:00 am (US Central Time)

This is the first of a two-part webcast series on REACH (Registration,
Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals), the new EU chemicals law
that will go into force on June 1, 2007. REACH requirements mainly
target companies that manufacture chemicals, but REACH does contain
provisions directed towards producers and importers of components and
finished goods, as well as towards companies that merely use chemicals
in the EU on a professional basis.

IPC International Conference on

Lead Free Materials and Surface Finishes
May 8, 2007 - Educational Courses, May 9, 2007 Technical Conference
Holiday Inn San Jose, CA - San Jose, CA

Concerned about solder selection? Wondering about making the right
surface finish selections? Do you have DfM rules for lead free on your
mind? Perplexed about choosing the right flux for lead free wave
soldering? There's no doubt that implementing lead free soldering means
that greater attention must be paid to solder, surface finishes and
related materials.

This conference will help you and your customers address these burning
issues. Learn from others who have implemented lead free technology on
how to overcome the challenges. The resources of an industry are at your
