Hi Joe: Yes Alpha/Cookson do have "Cool Caps". They are a custom made
ceramic lattice cover that goes over thermally sensitive parts for
reflow. The use water to lower the temp of the subject component by
about 20-30C from what the rest of the board sees. 

Alpha's web site is a little hard to navigate but I'm sure your local
Alpha rep could fill you in on the details. 
I believe Paul Koep heads up the Cool Cap group. Contact is

We have tried them in the past but ended up using a different approach

I seem to remember that Alpha/Cookson was developing
some small covers, sized to fit over various components,
to protect them from secondary reflow.  I believe that they were
called "Cool Caps", but Google and the archives here turned
up nothing...
