Make shoes! Lead shoes. For the future. You laugh?
Think. Some futurists plan for millions of humans on Mars or the Moon or
some other planets. Many of these have a gravity less than our planet.
Conclusion: they need heavy shoes, Lead Shoes. Don't damage my idea with
talking expenses to freight the lead, at that time in the future, every
space vehicle will have a miniBreed reactor. They just fill sea water,
start the reactor and off they go. If Indiana Jones can, they can...

What about separating the lead from the rest of the junk and then
putting it back into the lead mines.

Easy, and this will create jobs, no more lead mining, we do lead
burrying  ;-}

Put it back into the solder pots? Err, sorry, no more lead soldering
... Ship it to China? Bury it in the ground and let the next
generation deal with it?

Just burn more power to do leadfree soldering, that's the way to saving
the enviroment!

It seems to me that if China and other countries, including the US, went
about the business of recycling instead of dumping that they wouldn't
have those issues.

And on that note, if we recycle (reclaim) all the lead that we use and
then we can no longer use it because of RoHS what will we do with all
the lead we've reclaimed?
