Thanks Mike. No real reason for a one part, other than that is what I've grown accustomed to. I'll go with the clear and mix in the blue tint using the Enthone product. The entire order is a small run of only 100 boards so I'm not getting too worked up over the whole thing.

solder mask as opposed to a photoimageable.

There was a variation of Dexter SR 1000 that was available as a
screenable one component blue thermal cure mask. I believe Enthone is
now making it, however I don't if the blue version is still available.

Enthone makes a screen printable blue one component UV, if that's
acceptable.

Why do you want a one component material? There are two component screen
masks available that could offer a wider choice. They typically have
better application and end performance characteristics. Although there
is the additional hassle of proportioning and mixing.
