Hi Mike: I'm assuming you are looking for a screened image defined
solder mask as opposed to a photoimageable.

There was a variation of Dexter SR 1000 that was available as a
screenable one component blue thermal cure mask. I believe Enthone is
now making it, however I don't if the blue version is still available.

Enthone makes a screen printable blue one component UV, if that's
acceptable.

Why do you want a one component material? There are two component screen
masks available that could offer a wider choice. They typically have
better application and end performance characteristics. Although there
is the additional hassle of proportioning and mixing.

Any board makers know of a supplier for 1 part thermal cure blue mask? I
can find clear and tint it, but why make things complicated?
