Techies,

A few years ago, Polyclad came out with a Excel based calculator for
their PCL CF 400 resin coated foil product, which gave an indication of
how much resin was required on the coated foils to ensure good buried
via hole fill and encapsulation and was dependant on diameter and number
of holes to fill.

Does anyone have anything similar for normal prepregs, and the hole fill
capability?

Regards

Colin
