Hi Jim,

Try the US Customs and Border Protection website (www.cbp.gov) or the
destination country's equivalent website.  They should have the codes
you are looking for.   Harmonizing codes are just the product
classification codes used by the customs department are suppose to
standardized the classifications internationally.  (see
http://www.usitc.gov/tata/index.htm )

I am trying to figure out what harmonizing code would be used to ship a
