	 Due to lead free, terminal's plating is brittle and difficult
to flare without splitting. 
	First question: Is there a replacement to flared turret
terminals? Another technology that leads can be solder 	to? 
	Second question: Do you know of another source for flared
turret terminals besides Cambion.
