    有些引脚比较密的元件，比如贴片的连接器，如果客户强调上料时必须用烙铁手工焊接的话，我都要求操作员在显微镜下操作，因为这对焊接是有帮助的，但大部分元件如果用风枪上料的话我认为都不必在显微镜下操作，但焊接完成后肯定会要求在40X的显微镜检查。


   所以我想了解的是IPC有没有具体规定什么类型的元件必须在显微镜下操作，什么样的元件推荐在显微镜下操作，而什么类型的元件不必在显微镜下操作，有个项目的客户要求我在WI里明确规定所有元件的返修都必须在显微镜下完成，而我认为这样反而回影响效率和焊接质量。

2．高质量的显微镜  精密作业一般都需要显微镜。参考IPC-OI-645标准了解关于目视光学检查辅助工具。
