7711/7721中确实对用于返工维修的设备有要求.
 

1.8  工具和材料  印制板及组件的修改、维修、返工作业，一般是劳动密集型操作，更加依赖于操作者的技能。正确使用工具和材料对最终产品的功能和可靠性有着举足轻重的影响。为了使工作容易、提高成功机会，推荐下列设备和材料。仅作为参考。

 

1．完善的工作台  完善的工作台：ESD接地，适当的照明，方便人员进出，能提供舒适的坐姿更好，因为要想获得高可靠性的印制板及组件的修改、维修、返工作业，需要注意力高度集中、动作灵巧。

 

2．高质量的显微镜  精密作业一般都需要显微镜。参考IPC-OI-645标准了解关于目视光学检查辅助工具。

各位早上好！

 

有一个问题想请教一下，对于一些比较细小精密的元件，在做返修的时候有没有要求一定要在显微镜下操作，IPC在这方面有没有相关的要求和叙述？
