Organic cleaning solutions can attack (dissolve) acrylic conformal coatings.

A mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water can be tolerated by most conformal coatings. Isopropyl alcohol alone will cause some acrylic conformal coatings to cloud and soften (you might even be able to rub the softened coating off). The coating will revert to it's previous condition when the alcohol evaporates.

Antistatic solutions work by depositing a thin layer of a water attracting substance to the surface. If his water attracting substance dissolved into the bulk of the conformal coating it would effect the performance (electrical insulating property) of the conformal coating. (I don't think this is likely).

Remember that PC boards that are conformally coated don't always have complete coverage so if a water based cleaning solution is used care should be taken (baking) to remove any remaining water that may remain beneath components. Make sure to use a deionized water rinse to remove residues which would otherwise be left by the cleaning solution.

If everything was simple there wouldn't be a need for engineers.
