Hi,

We are devolping different fixtures and tooling for doing NPI and production activities which involve SMT builds, assembly and box level assembly too.

So, when we get the new fixtures being sent by vendor then what are the qualifiactions we need to do as process and quality guys before releasing those tools to production. Need checklist for that. (fixtures like stencils, touch-up jigs, wave pallets, depanelling fixtures for pizza cutter, etc.)

Also, need a checklist for the producibility qualification. Meaning that the tool has been tested and is good for repeated jobs in production enviornment without any failures.

So, i look for both qualification and producibility checklists for these toolings and mechanical fixtures (mostly used in SMT lines and assembly and EMS)

Thanks for your help, advice and time in advance.

  Rgds
  Prashant
