I am on travel and don't have a copy of IPC-A-610 with me.

What is the inspection criteria for a circuit card assembly break off tab
after it has been severed from the panel?

In a perfect world, the area where the tab formerly was, would be perfectly
flat, but that is not always the case, and we certainly don't want to see
operators using a file on the assembly in order to get rid of the burr.

BTW, these are thin but solid tabs and not the ones that are intended to
break apart due to drilled holes (perforations).
