Initially, I also doubt that it is copper-sliver-gold but my friend
insisted that is the specification. The PCB is consigned by the customer
who might give wrong information, too. Just hope it is not the case.

I bet it is Copper-Nickel-Gold. I have seen greenish traces, namely when
the nickel has not covered the conductor edges. When the boards have
been exposed to condensation, and there has been some salts or halide
residues, corrosion has started. I have been in the game for 30 years
and never seen Cu-Ag-Au.

used between copper and gold.
Nickel salts are green. Copper corrosion can look green-blue.
