United have potential fan problems...(had to stop Dewey), but in that case, 
50% RH isn't enough, but you need pressurised water...
OK, serious now...we have installed several personal blowers and we found no 
rising electrostatic fields. To be sure, the blowers are sprayed with 
antistatics, because the plastic envelope could charge up to several hundred 
volts! So, your question is relevant! Another issue: we had to place ESD 
mats on the painted wooden shelves, because the varnish charged. And keep an 
eye on the wooden doors, if you got such. Wood and painted wood should be 
banned, but it's impractical.
