We have a customer using a masking fixture for their conformal coating
process. They're running into an issue with the cover adhering to the board
after curing. The fixture is made from 6061 Aluminum, and the coatings being
used are:

Arathane 5750 A/B with a Cellosolve acetate Thinner
Aptek 2512
Humiseal 1B31 with Humiseal 521 Thinner

We make thousands of these fixtures a year and haven't run into this
problem. We're exploring possible solutions, so I thought I'd post a couple of
questions:

1) Does the board need to remain in the fixture until fully cured?
2) is there an issue with these specific coatings?

Thanks!

Jeff Smith
